In addition to the public events which we organise, we hold quarterly members’ meetings or events so that our members can meet one another – and those who want to get more involved can do so. Meetings usually have a short presentation about some aspect of our work, but the main purpose is to have discussions about anything our members want to raise.
During the pandemic these were less frequent and held via Zoom, but we have had two in-person meetings this year and hope that we will be able to continue with these from now on.
Meetings so far in 2022:
- 1 March: presentation from Emily Smith, leader of the Vale of White Horse District Council
- 9 June: AGM, with presentation on the Neighbourhood Plan, and wine and cheese evening
A further meeting – date and topic to be confirmed – will be held in the autumn.
